1. Booking Process

Flight Reservations

We recommend booking flight seats as early as possible, since once the tickets are issued, the fare is guaranteed.
To proceed, we will need the full names of the passengers, exactly as they appear in their passports.
Note: flight holds are free of charge and without obligation.

Deposit and Confirmation

To continue with the booking process, a deposit of 35% of the total trip cost is required.
Currently, we recommend purchasing Cancellation Insurance, which covers cancellation expenses (see terms in the provided quote).

Service Confirmation

If any service is unavailable at the time of the request, we will offer alternative options that match the original request as closely as possible.

Final Payment

The final balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure.

Documentation

We will send the personalized travel documents 7 to 10 days before departure to the address you specify.
You may inform us of any additional information you wish to be included in the documentation.

Important

We strongly recommend confirming the trip as soon as possible to secure both seats and fares offered.

Important: Transfers may take between 24 to 48 hours to be reflected in our accounts. For international transfers, any banking fees will be at the client’s expense. It is essential to send us the proof of payment.

A secure payment link will be provided to complete the transaction quickly and easily.

3. General Important Notes

• Prices are subject to changes due to variations in exchange rates, supplier rates, fuel costs, and applicable taxes, up to 21 days prior to departure.
• Once the booking is requested, it will be necessary to complete a Consent Form in compliance with Data Protection Law, providing the number of passengers, full names, email address, travel date, budget reference, and acceptance of the privacy policy.
• Cancellation Insurance must be contracted at the same time as the trip. It will cover cancellation expenses from the date of purchase until departure.
• The travel documentation will be delivered in a single shipment. Please contact us if you need to receive it earlier.

Verify Passenger Names

It is essential that the passengers’ names and surnames match exactly as they appear in their passports, including any compound names and surnames if applicable.
Any discrepancy may result in management fees, penalties, and could prevent entry to the destination country.
