1. Booking Process<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Flight Reservations<\/b><\/span><\/p>

We recommend booking flight seats as early as possible, since once the tickets are issued, the fare is guaranteed.
To proceed, we will need the full names of the passengers<\/b>, exactly as they appear in their passports.
Note<\/b>: flight holds are free of charge and without obligation.<\/span><\/p>

Deposit and Confirmation<\/b><\/span><\/p>

To continue with the booking process, a deposit of 35% of the total trip cost<\/b> is required.
Currently, we recommend purchasing Cancellation Insurance<\/b>, which covers cancellation expenses (see terms in the provided quote).<\/span><\/p>

Service Confirmation<\/b><\/span><\/p>

If any service is unavailable at the time of the request, we will offer alternative options<\/b> that match the original request as closely as possible.<\/span><\/p>

Final Payment<\/b><\/span><\/p>

The final balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Documentation<\/b><\/span><\/p>

We will send the personalized travel documents 7 to 10 days before departure<\/b> to the address you specify.
You may inform us of any additional information you wish to be included in the documentation.<\/span><\/p>

We strongly recommend confirming the trip as soon as possible to secure both seats and fares<\/b> offered.<\/span><\/p>

    A secure payment link<\/b> will be provided to complete the transaction quickly and easily.<\/span><\/p>

    3. General Important Notes<\/b><\/span><\/p>

    • Prices are subject to changes due to variations in exchange rates, supplier rates, fuel costs, and applicable taxes, up to 21 days prior to departure<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
    • Once the booking is requested, it will be necessary to complete a Consent Form<\/b> in compliance with Data Protection Law, providing the number of passengers, full names, email address, travel date, budget reference, and acceptance of the privacy policy.<\/span><\/li>
    • Cancellation Insurance must be contracted at the same time as the trip. It will cover cancellation expenses from the date of purchase until departure.<\/span><\/li>
