The following Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of www.calypsotravel.es (hereinafter referred to as WEBSITE) property of Actividades de Ocio y Turismo Calypso travel, sl (hereinafter referred to as Calypso Travel).
On the one hand, Calypso Travel, a private limited company with its head office in Málaga at Urb.Calypso, C/San Patricio L-3, 29649 Mijas Costa, (Spain), under license (C.I.AN) 29546-2 and tax identification number (C.I.F.) B-92080514, inscribed in the Commercial Registry office of Malaga on July 07th, 1999 in Folio 110, Tomo 2292, Libro 1305 Page MA-38056, Inscription 1.
On the other hand, the user of the website hereinafter referred to as the USER, who accesses the WEBSITE for information purposes and to contract services offered through the WEBSITE. The USER hereby declares that he or she is an adult (at least 18 years of age) and has the legal capacity to be bound by this agreement and to use this WEBSITE in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of use, which he or she fully understands and recognizes.
